Fundraising through fun and games

In conjunction with our community engagement work for the Acre Foundation, we’ve been engaging in some fun and games to raise money for our charity partners.

In-between meetings and phone calls with clients and candidates we held our own ten-pin bowling tournament on our makeshift alley down the centre of the office. Suffice to say there have been some very unique methods of delivery demonstrated by the Acre team!

After some fierce competition, and a thrillingly close final, the person to emerge victorious from the Acre bowling championship was Lydia. Lydia decided that Acre’s donation from the funds raised should be split between EDGE and Octavia, with the grand total raised being £140.

Bowling turned out to be fun and simple fundraising idea – and where better to start than in the office?
